2019-nCoV outbreak is believed to have originated in December,2019 from the Wu Han Seafood and meat Wholesale Market.

Coronaviruses are common in many different species of animals, including camels and bats. Rarely, these coronaviruses can evolve and infect humans and then spread between humans.

The disease is most likely spreading through contact with infected animals, food and possibly through body fluids.

Coronaviruses primarily infect the upper respiratory and gastrointestinal tract. According to the WHO, common symptoms of infection include, fever, coughing, shortness of breath and other breathing problems. In more severe cases, virus can cause pneumonia, kidney failure and death. It seems quite mild in most people. But for those whose immune systems are not robust going to find it very hard to fight off this virus.

What can we do to prevent this epidemic?

the public should do what you do every cold and flu season. That includes washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

And if you’re the one feeling sick,

cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze and disinfect the objects and surfaces you touch and better to avoid public places.
